Also to be noted is the fact that they improved their affiliate program by considerably increasing their commission structure which ended up as a good incentive for upgrades.

Maybe the first steps to getting set up properly should be a little more visible to newcomers.

Doing the simple little tasks listed there will help new users get set up properly from the start and also help them get acquainted with the platform's different features -with no obligation whatsoever to use them all in the future.
There are some minor features that can be improved, but members' suggestions are not left ignored.
