Imagine you want to promote an offer that expires on next Friday.
After next Friday, you will have to go to every traffic site and change the link to something else.
But wait, perhaps there’s an easier way.
How about using a Rotator where you can show the time-limited offer until next Friday and automatically switch to another link thereafter?
That’s the new option we’ve just added into our Link Rotator.
Details below…
How To Add A Start/End Date To A Rotated Link?
To add a start/end date to a rotated link, go to the Link Rotator and click the button shown in arrow 1 below.
You will see all the links and pages that are rotated in the rotator. If there is nothing in it, it means you have not added any link or page to the rotator.
Next, look for the option ‘Start Date‘ (see arrow 2 below) or ‘End Date‘ (see arrow 3 below).
Click on the input field and use the datepicker (arrow 4 below) to select the time.
Note that the time zone is UTC.
That’s it.
How To Remove A Start/End Date?
To remove the start/end date from a rotated link or to set a rotated link with no start/end date, simply leave the ‘Start Date‘ and/or ‘End Date‘ input field empty.
Possible Application
Let’s say you want to rotate Link A and Link B.
Before 02/28/2024 00:00, you want to show Link A.
After 02/28/2024 00:00, you want to show Link B.
For Link A, you’ll leave Start Date empty and set End Date as ’02/28/2024 00:00′.
For Link B, you’ll set Start Date as ’02/28/2024 00:00′ and leave End Date empty.
When the rotator is loaded, before 02/28/2024 00:00, Link A will be shown. After 02/28/2024 00:00, Link B will be shown.
Important Reminder
Please remember to have at least one rotated link with no End Date.
This is to ensure that the rotator still has a link to display after the end dates have passed.

Hi Kenneth
Simply the best tracking available!
What I particularly like is the tracking of ‘real’ visits.
A suggestion….. could we get the ‘real’ clicks from each source as a percentage. As i advertise on a lot of spaces, particularly other traffic exchanges, it would make life a lot easier if the real clicks were also given as a ration or percentage of the total which would save me a lot of time when deciding which exchanges to stay with and/or concentrate most of my efforts. Thanks
Sure. It’s done.
Brilliant. Thank you
