SendSteed Update – Local Signature Option, Subscriber Email History, and More

Over the past few weeks, we’ve received several feature requests for SendSteed List Manager. Today’s blog aims to update you on some of the major changes.

1) Local Signature Option

Previously, you could set up a Global Email Signature (under the List Setup) and apply it to all Email Series and Broadcasts.

But what if there is a particular email where you don’t want to apply the Email Signature?

In the past, there was no solution. But now, there is.

If you go to the email editor now, you will see this new option:

The default option is ‘Follow Global Signature‘, meaning if the Global Email Signature is on, the Email Signature will be added to the email automatically, and vice versa.

If you select ‘Do Not Show‘, no email signature will be added, regardless of the Global setting.

This new option gives you the flexibility to override the global signature, allowing you to add a unique signature to a specific email.

2) Subscribers’ Email History

Now, when you view the subscribers in your list, you will see a new icon (arrow 1 below) and 2 new column options (arrow 2 and 3)

Clicking on the icon labeled as arrow 1 will display the subscriber’s 30-day email history, as illustrated below:

You can see which emails the subscriber has received and whether they have opened them or clicked any links.

For the ‘Last Active‘ and ‘Clicks‘ columns (see arrows 2 and 3 above), you can click on them to view the subscriber’s last active date and total clicks. This provides a quick overview of the subscriber’s activity, complementing the detailed email history.

3) Improved Sent and Open Stats

When you view the Sent stats (by clicking the counts shown below),

you can now see whether the subscriber has opened the email or clicked a link, as illustrated below.

This gives you a high-level overview of who has opened an email and clicked a link.

Previously, you could only view the Open and Click stats separately, which wasnโ€™t very intuitive.

The same goes for the Open stats. You can now see whether those who have opened an email have clicked a link.

Other Improvements

We’ve implemented several minor improvements to enhance user-friendliness. You may notice them if you use SendSteed often.

These updates aim to enhance your experience with SendSteed and provide more flexibility and insights into your email campaigns.

We appreciate your feedback and look forward to continually improving your experience with SendSteed. We have one more major update for SendSteed coming up, so stay tuned!

  5. Kenneth,

Thank you for the amazing enhancements. Knowing who is opening and who is not opening our emails is a great help. Often times, knowing who is and who is not opening emails allows me to see who is engaged and who needs to be contacted. Thank you for your excellent service.

  10. I love LeadsLeap and regularly recommend it to online marketers. It is the most complete and user-friendly platform I have ever used in my 21+ years of online marketing, not to mention the quality of the tools made available to free and paid members. The help system is also outstanding and provided by Kenneth himself.

  11. I can only agree with the words of those that have already responded to these new features. As marketers, the more insight we have into the engagement level of our subscribers ( or lack thereof) the better we can serve them and help them achieve whatever it was they subscribed for in the first place! As ever Kenneth, you have knocked the ball well and truly out of the park once again, excellent job!

  12. I am thankful to you for constantly updating the system. I like the Tutorial System because I am learning from it.
