I've been with TopSurfer for a little over 5 years now, and have been happy with it both as a surfer and as an advertiser. I don't use their solo ads too often--perhaps 3 times a year--but when I do, they have proven very effective. This is a nice, quiet, old school site--no fancy stuff, no distractions or games. It's also one of the few long timer traffic exchanges left, and one of the few that pays to surf in addition to sending paid solo emails. you get 60 cents/1000 pages surfed, ans 3.00/1000 emails read. This surf engine is both a long timer (15 seconds) AND forced view--so not for everyone. But not all traffic is alike, and I have found the long timers like top surfer, Easy Hits 4 U, Traffic G and Hit bandit all have their place. I use my long timer TEs to advertise entries on my personal blog, or product reviews, or anything I want people to actually LOOK at, and I have found that Top Surfer may deliver traffic slowly compared to TEs like mine and the other new style short timer sites--but the traffic is DOES deliver is very high quality, nearly all tier 1, and the referrals I have gotten to various programs like Swagbucks from top surfer have all remained active members in the programs they have joined. I have gotten sales and signups from the text ads on site, the text ads in the newsletter, the solos, and also the traffic exchange itself on a regular basis for years, and I have always been paid promptly when the time came. Some of the signups I have gotten included members for Swagbucks, Clixsense, Survey Savvy, and Chatabout. I have also sold Clickbank products, primarily things like building plans, gardening/aquaponics ebooks, and other DIY/home hobby type items more than marketing plans. I have also gotten quite a few signups for Listia and tripleclicks from top surfer. All in all, I would say that while it may take a while to get used to the forced view traffic exchange again (if you've forgotten those good old days, that is!) if you're looking for a place to find good quality tier one referrals or customers for practical products, then this would be a good place to start looking. The wholesale upgrade is definitely worth it as well, given all the extras you get. I am planning on setting up my free website in a month or so, in my non-existent spare time LOL. I have no doubt the hosting will be reliable, everything else they offer is, and the website alone is worth the upgrade cost. But I have had just as good results being a free member here as I have being upgraded--I spent the last several years as a free member. I only decided to go back to being upgraded because I wanted to set up a new blog LOL.

This will be a full review on Top Surfer. I have been a member for about 3 months. This site is a very active place, lots of activity. I am really impressed with the "Wholesaler Upgrade". The cost of this upgrade is a very nominal 10.00 per month. The benefits far exceed the cost.

"Stan The Man" is the head guy here, he runs a very tight ship and promotes all the time. Stan has lots of marketing experience along with a keen mind and a good business head. The only downside I can find is that the pages of the site are a little cluttered, but the advantages Far outweigh that downside.

I have been a member of topsurfer for a long time already but I only understood the beauty of its system. It is made for newbie internet marketers and for pros as well.

I like it that you can get paid even as a free member. You earn more when you are upgraded and even make profit even if you do not have any referrals. You get your money back with just one referral or just simply work on surfing. I also like advertising my links to get traffic in my blog. I like getting paid through bitcoins.

I hope it will be easier in the future to pay through bitcoins using a QR code instead of doing a lot of steps when upgrading.

The best thing about the TopSurfer advertising platform is its consistency. It's been around since 2001. I've been working online for a long time and finding programs that stay around is frankly hard. I've been a member since 2003. 

Since that time I've tried dozens of platforms but always seem to come back to TopSurfer. The thing is, my stats are still there, my downline and the programs URLs that I promote, even after months of inactivity. I really appreciate that because I just don't download my data like I should.

If you're auto surfing, the timer is set for an easy 15 seconds and you can chat with other members while you surf. To be honest, the chat feature is a great ideal but there are only a few members that actually use it so you don't get much in the way of conversation. You do get ads and see the activity so you know real people are out there looking at your ads.

As of today (8/13/2018), I have 10 members under me, purchasing $10/month wholesale memberships!

That's $100 a month - minus $10 for my membership = $90 profits each month. Not bad. I've been using free methods to generate traffic to my referral site. I think it's time to take it up a notch.

Next up, I'll research some paid ads placement and see if I can grab an additional 10 paying members per month instead of 4 or 5. Please wish me luck!
