My Experience with Satsman.com

I recently completed all of the educational courses available on Satsman.com, and overall, I had a very positive experience with the platform.

What I particularly like about Satsman is that it does not simply focus on Bitcoin as an investment. Instead, it explains the broader Bitcoin ecosystem and helps users understand how Bitcoin actually works.

The courses cover many important topics, including Bitcoin fundamentals, the blockchain, self-custody, wallets, security, the Lightning Network, and the differences between Bitcoin and the traditional fiat monetary system. This makes the platform useful not only for complete beginners, but also for people who already have some experience with Bitcoin and want to strengthen their knowledge.

One of the strongest aspects of the platform is the focus on self-custody and personal responsibility. Understanding how to securely hold your own Bitcoin is, in my opinion, one of the most important skills anyone entering the Bitcoin ecosystem should learn.

I also appreciated the educational approach to the Lightning Network. Lightning can initially seem quite complicated, but understanding why it exists and how it enables fast and inexpensive Bitcoin payments is an important part of understanding Bitcoin beyond simply buying and holding it.

After completing all of the courses, I received a certificate, which is a nice additional motivation and provides a clear sense of progress.

I also became a Founder on Satsman, which reflects how much I like the concept and the idea behind the platform.

Personally, I already run my own Bitcoin node as well as a Lightning node, so I was not starting completely from zero. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed going through the entire learning program. Even if you already know many of the basics, structured education can help reinforce existing knowledge and sometimes highlight details that are easy to overlook when learning everything independently.

For newcomers, however, I think Satsman can be especially valuable. Bitcoin has many layers, and it is very easy to become overwhelmed by wallets, private keys, seed phrases, nodes, Lightning, mining, monetary policy, and security concepts. Having this information presented in a structured learning environment makes the journey much easier.

Overall, I see Satsman.com as a useful educational platform for anyone who wants to understand Bitcoin instead of simply speculating on its price.

If you are interested in Bitcoin, self-custody, financial sovereignty, or simply want to better understand how the Bitcoin network works, Satsman is definitely worth taking a look at.
