I bought OneCloner AI out of curiosity during a launch deal for around $13. The idea of cloning any website and customizing it without needing to touch code sounded appealing. I tried cloning one of my simple landing pages hosted on WordPress, and it worked decently. The layout and basic content were transferred quite well, though it struggled with dynamic sections and embedded forms. The editor is simple but gets the job done for minor changes. I was also able to publish the cloned site using a subdomain inside the platform. One interesting part was testing how it handled different types of sites. It did better with simple HTML pages than with complex ones like e-commerce or dynamic blogs. The drag-and-drop interface reminds me of older builders—not bad, but not super modern. I haven't tried selling any of the cloned sites yet, though I can see this working for basic one-page agency websites. What I like
What I dislike
Final verdict OneCloner AI works for cloning simple, static websites and editing them quickly. It's a decent tool for beginners or side hustlers wanting to create small demo sites or MVPs. But if you're expecting to clone full-blown apps or modern e-commerce stores, you'll be disappointed. The product is not a scam, but it's definitely overhyped. For what I paid, I think it delivered fair value—but it's not going to replace serious web development or premium site builders anytime soon. Manage your expectations and you might find some good use cases.
