My experience with the program so far

Several years ago, I signed up for a Netspend Prepaid Debit Card Rewards Program. There were two reasons why I stopped promoting the affiliate link: 1). I found it difficult to promote and 2). I had a problem with an inactivity fee and the customer support representative was unprofessional in my opinion. Therefore, I paid the fee and cancelled the card.

Fast forward to 2023, I was earning money by clicking ads on the Leadsleap platform, and guess what popped up! Someone was promoting Netspend. I have matured since the last time I signed up for Netspend. Therefore, I signed up for and received the prepaid Visa card within 7-10 business days.

Now you would think that I would immediately activate the card by verifying my identity and loading the card with $40. I waited 2 more weeks before I went to Dollar General, paid $3.95 loading fee plus $40 required to receive the $40 bonus reward.

It is stated in the terms and conditions that it may take up to 5 days after the referral loads his/her card before you the (referrer) may receive your bonus reward. Within hours of me loading the card, there were $80 available for me to spend.

Based on these two experiences, I know that Netspend pays the promised bonus rewards.

What I Like

Features I like about Netspend include:

1. Sign- up is easy.

2. You can refer as many people as you want.

3. The rewards bonus is good.

4. You receive cash back on qualifying purchases. One of my favorite stores is Big Lots. Currently, I can receive 4% cash back.

5. There are several different card designs for you to select from, including a customized one.

What I Dislike

The main feature I dislike about Netspend is:

There are fees associated with the usage of the card such as transaction. To reduce this type of fee, the best action to take is to set up direct deposit if you are going to

make this card your primary account. A fee that I had to pay was an inactivity fee. If there has not been any activity on you account for 90 days, you will receive an inactivity fee. To this fee load and/or your card with at least $1.

Final Verdict

Netspend is probably one of the easiest ways to make money, because you can really ask people who already know and trust you.

As for as the fees are concerned, please read their terms and conditions beforehand to see if this is a good fit for you.

Netspend's Rewards Bonus program is a keeper for me. I'll rate Netspend as a 4.5.
