My experience with the program so far

There are lots of backed issues that I have faced in marketpresso. SMTP and Other integrations are not working properly. The support they provide is the worst.

I bought the software a month ago but till now due to lots of issues I cannot launch it properly.

It's my 8th day after raising a ticket. They promise to reply in 24 hours but still my issue is the same and I get a reply to send credentials so that they can fix it and I give them instantly but my case is still the same.

I mailed them more than 30 times to please fix it so that I can work on that but they did not reply till now.

So finally, how better the idea is how better the software is if they cannot provide support to partner how I or other partners will promote or sell their services

I am frustrated after purchasing this software only due to the worst support! If you buy them please make sure about that- Thank You!
