Overview

MailReach is a service for improving the deliverability of emails sent out in an effort to reduce the chances of them landing in spam or non-primary folders.

MailReach warms your sending address and domain by producing positive interactions with your emails, such as opens, positive replies, marking as essential, and removal from spam and categories, all automated.

Drilling into an account gives you charts and email counts. You see the trends of 'Landed in Inbox', 'Landed in spam', 'Landed in categories', and 'Missing. Another chart shows the activity over time; converstations started, emails sent, and emails received.

Each account shows a deliverability score as a percentage, along with a desription and rating such as 'Good'. And the last chart is a pie chart showing where all the emails over time have landed.

At the top of the Dashboard you also get a count of emails; 'Total emails sent', 'Total emails received', 'Removed from spam & tabs', and 'Conversations running'.

Plus you can filter on last 14 days, 30 days, last 3 months, or last 6 months. And/or by Providers; All, Gmail / G Workspace, Outlook / Office 365 / Hotmail, or Others.

On the second tab you get a list of checks, such as when you started, when the domain was created, whether the domain is in any blacklists, whether it has an SPF or DKIM record etc.

You also have the option of editing the settings, but generally leaving it on autopilot mode seems easiest / best.

Likes

After you have linked your email account, MailReach will handle everything else for you.

I love that the dashboard is very user-friendly, and it's easy to see the status of all of my accounts at all times. Plus you can talier the working hours for the interactions to the correct timezone.

I also really appreciate the simple pricing structure. At the time of writing it is $25 per inbox for 1-5 inboxes, or $19.50 per inbox for 6 or more inboxes. This is MUCH more affordable than other similar services out there.

Dislikes

The Spam Checker tool is really awesome also, but you have to pay for it separately which is a pain, it would be nice if that was included in the subscription. You do get 20 credits to start, but those disappear fast and then you need to purchase more.

MailReach is a deliverability solution that is straightforward, dependable, and simple to use.

In a relatively short amount of time, I've noticed significant improvements in my outbound leads production, open rates, click rates, everything, from multiple email accounts.

Their pricing as of the day I am writing this review is $25 per month for 1-5 inboxes or $19.50 a month for 6 or more inboxes.

Their starter plan is $25 per month, and you get a 20% discount for your first month with their starter plan. Which includes the following, between 1 and 5 email accounts to warm, fully automated, up to 90 emails a day, smart warming algorithm, deliverability correction, advanced spam testers with insights, multiple ESP warm up (Google, Outlook, etc.), monitoring dashboard, live blacklists and DNS checkups and chat support.

Their scale plan is $19.50 per month, and you get 6 accounts to warm, and everything in the starter plan.

What I Like

I love the system which is fully automated once you set up your account and connect your email accounts.

I see that my reputation score is 100%!

What I Dislike

I did have an issue where I was sending and receiving strange emails to people I have no idea who they where but when I contact their support they got back to me in less than 24 hours and had me set up a filter on my gmail account which solved the problem.

Final Verdict

This is a tremedous tool that can help you get more of your emails into their inboxes and keep it up without you having to do any additional work.
