My experience with the program so far

I'm a person who suffers from headaches and migraines. So I was thrilled to try the TheraICE cap to see if it really works and it does. The cap has some kind of gel inside that can be either heated up or cooled. I never did either. I simply put on the cap and the gel seams to be naturally on the cooler side so it already feels cold. I couldn't imagine putting it in the freezer to make it colder. But after a few minutes my headache is usually completely gone and my migraines are significantly reduced. The cap itself is quit tight which isn't comfortable for extended periods but something about that compression on your head really contributes to the pain reduction. Also, it's totally black once you put it on. You could be in a well lit room and wouldn't see any hint of light once you've put the TheraICE cap on.

What I Like

I like the compression, total darkness and cool gel that's inside. It's a great product.

What I Dislike

If you wear it too long, the tightness of the cap becomes uncomfortable.

I highly recommend the TheraICE cap if you suffer from headaches or migraines.
