My experience with the program so far

I got access to this new course, and I think it's rather good. It's called Fergal's 7-Day Challenge by Fergal Downes.

It's not the usual sort of thing that I tell you about, but that's one of the reasons it caught my eye. Rather than being a reworked version of training you already have, this is something that has gone under the radar in the MMO niche.

So, this '7 Day Challenge' is a training product by Fergal Downes where he teaches his students how they can make money by creating simple websites for people or companies.

And before you panic, we are talking QUITE simple Wordpress sites, you do not need any great tech skills to create these. If you can install Wordpress, you can do this.

The method involves using pre-made templates (all available for free) and simply adding content and images (all provided by your client). Fergal walks you through the entire process - his training videos are good; he's got a clear teaching style.

He reckons the complete process takes 30 minutes - I think when you get into your routine this is achievable, though in reality your first few sites will take a bit longer to set up.

As well as the set-up process, you also learn how to get clients. He shows you how to advertise your website creation service on a whole host of different sites, and how to advertise offline too.

Online, the site where you'll get most clients is Fiverr (though he does cover a lot of others too) and this is where this training really stands out. Fergal has done this himself, this is very obviously taught from experience, and he goes through a LOT of strategies to make sure your gig is the one that stands out, the one that people choose.

I've often thought that the problem with selling on Fiverr when you are just starting out is getting eyeballs on your gig. Having watched Fergal's videos, I now know exactly how I would do this if I wanted to start selling on Fiverr - and these techniques apply to ANY new gig, not just a website creation service. For me, what I learnt in this section alone was worth way more than the full price for this whole '7 Day Challenge'.

Overall, it's a solid method. Every business owner knows that they need an online presence, but most have absolutely no idea how to set up even the simplest of sites. So there is still a massive demand for these sorts of simple websites, and in the '7 Day Challenge' you see exactly how to find the clients, how to create the sites quickly and easily, and how you can earn regular payments, with minimal work.

What I Like

The price is very reasonable for a course of this high quality. There is no BS here, unlike a lot of things we see today in the MMO space. Fergal obviously knows his stuff and he presents things clearly and methodically.

What I Dislike

There are six optional products, which I find a bit much..

Final Verdict

I highly recommend that you pick this up if you are looking to learn a realistic side hustle. I doubt you can find anything of better value on this topic.
