My experience with the program so far

The owner is a good and humble admin and owner. He even took the time to teach me some principles regarding not procrastinating when the customer is involved and don't let them wait when I am supposed to fix something I do it now and don't do it later.

I also learned from him to be professional at all times when dealing with customers. To not exaggerate an ad and only to say what is really offered.

I have two traffic exchanges but he also allowed me to register as a premium traffic exchange owner with just one traffic exchange due to financial reasons.

I try to integrate the premium in a way that it will involve two traffic exchanges in one premium upgrade which works because the members are thinking they're playing on two premiums and has given them the same experiences on both traffic exchanges.

What I Like

I like the way that the admin is fast and prompt even if requested via chatroom and helpdesk. But of course, he wants you to post at all times in the official helpdesk to avoid delays and might be ignoring some aspects since it's not posted at a proper place.

I like the way that the website is quick and has no errors at all when it comes to scripting and module plug-ins.

Your waiting time is only minutes when the admin is online. The admin is also the customer help for all members so it's prompt, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to delivering your customer support request at all times.

He considers all of those that submitted their traffic exchanges to be his business partner. He imparts what he learned to us and wants us to learn all the time that we are in his diamond hunting games.

Right at the moment, I don't have any negative issues with the admin and/or the website.
