My experience with CueVue so far is impressive and exciting, especially after it helped me land my first client.

I'm one of the beta testers for CueVue, and I've been genuinely impressed with what I've seen so far. I shared the talking AI representative with my email list and demonstrated it on my GoVideoMaker website. From that promotion, I got one client, which made the potential of this technology much more real for me.

CueVue introduces what it calls LivePresence™. Instead of a standard chatbot or an avatar simply reading a prerecorded script, visitors can actually have a two-way conversation with a LiveRep™. It listens to what the visitor says, understands the question, responds naturally, and can work toward a specific business goal.

What I Like

The biggest thing I like about CueVue is the interactive experience. Visitors can ask questions naturally, including follow-up questions, rather than clicking through a fixed chatbot sequence.

I also like how quickly a LiveRep can be created. You can give CueVue a business website URL, and it can use the information from that site to build its business-specific knowledge. The business owner can then review and approve that information.

Another strong feature is that the LiveRep has an actual job to do. Depending on how it is configured, it can answer questions, address objections, qualify prospects, capture leads, move visitors toward appointments, provide support, and help with follow-up.

For marketers and agencies, I can also see potential in offering LiveReps to clients or adding this type of interactive LivePresence to sales pages and other high-intent web pages.

What I Dislike

Because I'm testing CueVue during its beta stage, I expect the platform to continue evolving. There are also several features and possible use cases to explore, so new users may need some time to understand how to configure a LiveRep effectively for their particular business.

Final Verdict

My beta-testing experience with CueVue has been very positive so far. What impressed me most is that this isn't just an AI character displayed on a website. The LiveRep is designed around real two-way interaction: it listens, it responds, then it acts.

Features such as business-specific knowledge, lead capture, qualification, transcripts, recordings, lead scoring, follow-up, integrations, and reporting make CueVue interesting for business owners, marketers, and agencies.

Getting one client after sharing my own demonstration with my email list was especially encouraging. That is simply my personal result and won't necessarily be everyone's experience, but it showed me a practical way this technology could be used commercially.

For me, CueVue is an exciting approach to making websites more conversational and interactive, and I'm looking forward to seeing how LivePresence™ develops beyond the beta stage.
