My Experience with AmeriPlan: Real Savings, Renewed Possibilities

My experience with AmeriPlan has been personally rewarding. As both a member and an independent Benefits Consultant, I see its value from both sides.

AmeriPlan is NOT insurance. Ameriplan is a healthcare savings membership. It does not pay claims or replace health insurance.

The Experience That Made Me a Believer

I had dental work originally quoted at $838. With AmeriPlan, my cost dropped to $118, a savings of $720!

That was the moment AmeriPlan became much more than information on a page. It became something I had used, benefited from, and could speak about from personal experience.

That experience showed me just how valuable access to discounted care can be.

What I Like

Multiple benefits through one membership. Depending on the plan selected, benefits can include dental, vision, prescription, and chiropractic savings, along with telehealth, additional healthcare services, and assistance reviewing and negotiating eligible medical bills.

AmeriPlan does not offer one blanket discount percentage for everything. The savings depend on the particular service and participating provider, which is different from most discount plans.

Value for households. A household membership is just that: a membership the ENTIRE household can access (up to 10 people).

Options for people with or without insurance. If you have insurance, AmeriPlan may offer savings on services or expenses your policy does not cover. If you do not have insurance, access to discounted everyday care can be a blessing.

Convenience. Telehealth and access to participating providers can make it easier to explore care options.

A business built around helping people. As a Benefits Consultant, I can introduce people to services they need while building residual income to strengthen the financial health of my household.

For me, the appeal is helping others pursue Better Health while working toward Greater Wealth.

A Familiar Company with Renewed Energy

AmeriPlan has been around since 1992. It is under new management.

The new owners have modernized the business while preserving the core purpose that drew me to it: helping people access more affordable healthcare services.

I value that history, and I am excited about its direction.

What I Dislike, or Would Want Others to Understand

I have not had any major negatives in my own experience thus far.

My Final Verdict

AmeriPlan has delivered real value for me. My dental savings alone gave me a concrete reason to appreciate the membership.

I also appreciate having a home-based business opportunity connected to benefits I can use myself. Helping people explore healthcare savings gives that opportunity a purpose I believe in.

For me, it has been a worthwhile choice.
