Serpstat is an SEO tool that does several things. It has rank tracking, SEO audits, Keyword suggestions, Backlink Analisis, and more. I've gone through several of their training webinars and not only do they know what they are talking about but they show you how to use the tools in ways you wouldn't necessarily think about on your own or explain why something that seems minor could be worth spending more time on. 

The rank tracking isn't the most accurate in the market, but having it with everything else and at reasonable prices, I think makes Serpstat is a good tool for anyone just starting out in SEO before you move on to the expensive tools.
