Why 4 stars? Well there are many "good" pointers in Leased Ad Space, and one "not so good" thing about it.

I am going to give you my honest opinion and results using the platform, so you can be the judge if it's best for you, and also know why it doesn't get the last star.

The Ups Of Leased Ad Space

The best way to explain it is to break it down into the 3 major areas of the program.

1. The Product - The product is where I feel it loses it's last star. The product is advertising. You pay a small fee to be able to advertise on the Leased Ad Space website, and to it's members.

I believe the advertising quality is poor, but be sure to read this entire review before giving up on it.

It is super cheap to use, and it will get you a lead from time to time. Since you only pay one time, I believe it is worth it. If this website were to charge for packages, paying over and over, it would not be worth the money. Even as low as it is now.

2. The Commissions - Here is where Leased Ad Space gets good stars. It offers 100% commissions to your referrals. Now we are talking.

With an easy to sell product, if you want commissions the easy way, Leased Ad Space is right for you. I would go to the highest level in Leased Ad Space if you like getting a lot of commissions. It's commission program is one if not the best feature of the platform.

3. Building Other Platforms - The idea behind Leased Ad Space is to run ads, right? So advertising other platforms, products, offers, etc is the way to get the most out of it.

I ran my first solo ad with LAS and received 5 opt-ins (could be a couple higher now). I am also the ONLY person running the page I did, because I built the funnel for myself. So I am not sure how good results will be advertising a more competitive program. Worth trying for the one time payment.

The Downs Of Leased Ad Space

The really only thing I can say that is not good about LAS, is the advertising in many aspects. Like I mentioned, I did get leads from my first solo ad, and I will be at the highest level of LAS very soon. So I still think it is worth it for a one time payment. I would say "no" if you had to pay over and over for each ad package you ran however.

The ads are only needed to be viewed for 8 secs. So you will get a lot of wasted visits indeed. The way the ads are presented are poor on the website, and this is why I don't give it 5 stars.

But, the best feature of this product is the solo ad (more like a safelist) because you can use it over and over again, no matter your level. It's one time payment, and so far, only the solo ads have brought me any leads. The rest of the advertising on LAS sucks if you ask me.

Why Would I Want LAS?

If you want a few leads here and there, for very little payment, then you'll like LAS (for the most).

If you want a program to add more commissions then you will LOVE LAS (that's the best part really)

LAS will be just another weapon in your marketing arsenal, to drive traffic to your offers, build you list, and help you promote things. I would recommend LAS to the highest package level ($149 one time) but to start with the lowest package (it's required anyway) at $7 one time.

Once you reach the highest level you will be able to promote several different programs, get refferal, build your list, and see a few leads for each solo ad run.

Don't expect much from the banner and text ads though. Consider them a bonus and you won't be let down.

Who Should Avoid LAS?

Those who think running an ad on LAS is going to give major results.

Those who can't afford at least the $7 deal.

Those who want to make LAS their primary business (best used as a side income and tool)

Other than that, LAS is worth the investment for the commissions, the few leads it will produce per solo ad, and the extra traffic for people who re-target their visitors.

Tip For Using LAS

If you can create catchy ads, and can create unique funnels, then you will get the most from using LAS. My funnel I built got 5 leads on it's first day with the solo ad.

Using the same landing pages as others will weaken your results, bringing in less opt-ins. You may have to run a few ads to get 5 leads or so.

Be unique, create your own material, and use videos as often as possible. Learning to be better at converting will go a long ways with LAS.

I have had a lot of success with Leased Ad Space from both advertising on the platform and earning money from the program itself. I am at the red diamond level and I send solo ads every opportunity I have because I get an excellent amount of clicks and signups to my other programs.
