What I like are the email macros and automation, series of campaigns, deals, flowchart-like macros makes it drag and drop to organize your email automation, works like a charm, customer support is very knowledgeable, cheap in the long run. CRM additional plus for people who wanted to make sure all their clients taken care of like VIP's.
