Unfortunately, Hotmail would not tell us the exact cause, so we had to conduct our own investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To recover our blocked servers and, more importantly, prevent other servers from being blocked, we are now conducting a system-wide email quality audit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be done using 3 approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Approach 1 &#8211; We Review Your Email Episodes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have reviewed tens of thousands of email episodes and marked those with potential problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The problems include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Deceptive subject lines<\/li><li>Exaggerated or misleading claims<\/li><li>Excessive links<\/li><li>Missing images<\/li><li>Excessive bold text, CAPITAL LETTERS, large font sizes, emoticons, or spam-like colors and formatting<\/li><li>Content related to high-yield investments, obscenity, adult content, dating, gambling, or drugs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If an email episode is marked, you will see a notice saying:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Problem email. Please check.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>above the email subject, as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"895\" height=\"154\" src=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-30-54.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2085\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-30-54.png 895w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-30-54-300x52.png 300w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-30-54-768x132.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 895px) 100vw, 895px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Problem emails will now be skipped in the email series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We decided to skip only the affected emails instead of pausing the entire email series because most members only have a few problematic emails. Pausing the entire campaign would be excessive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevertheless, we strongly recommend fixing problem emails as soon as possible so your campaign can continue normally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To resume sending the email, simply fix the problem and activate the email again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A small number of members have had their lists temporarily suspended due to serious email quality issues. If your list has been suspended, please check your <a href=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/members\/support.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support ticket<\/a> for details. Once the issue has been fixed, simply reply to the ticket so we can review and reactivate your list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Approach 2 &#8211; You Review Your Email Episodes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Approach 1, we could only perform sample checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, in Approach 2, we need your help to review all email episodes in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To simplify the process, we have added a &#8220;<strong>Show Email Body<\/strong>&#8221; function in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/members\/list.series.php\" target=\"_blank\">Email Series<\/a> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"946\" height=\"310\" src=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-32-54.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2086\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-32-54.png 946w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-32-54-300x98.png 300w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-32-54-768x252.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 946px) 100vw, 946px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When you click it, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">all emails in the Email Series<\/span> will be displayed like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"940\" height=\"554\" src=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-36-29.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2087\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-36-29.png 940w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-36-29-300x177.png 300w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/TinyTake13-05-2026-03-36-29-768x453.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This allows you to quickly review all emails at one go and identify possible problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Approach 3 &#8211; Email Broadcasts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since email broadcasts are one-time emails, the handling is slightly different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to avoid manually approving every broadcast email before sending because that would disrupt your campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, we will monitor email quality in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a broadcast email has a quality issue, it will be marked as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>High-risk email. Please avoid.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This warning is different from the Email Series warning because broadcast emails are not flagged for minor issues such as missing images. If a broadcast email is flagged, it is usually due to a more serious issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please avoid sending emails of a similar nature to reduce the risk of list suspension or server blocking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>In Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is business as usual, but we need your <strong><em>immediate<\/em><\/strong> help to review the email quality of your Email Series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is very simple.
