If you&#8217;re not using them yet, you might not fully understand the changes. Feel free to skip this update for now. When you&#8217;re ready to explore these features, simply refer to the tutorials, which are always kept up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the updates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>1) &#8220;Opt Out From These Lists After Subscribing To This List&#8221; \u2013 Now Works With All Switch Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"972\" height=\"376\" src=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1.1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1.1.png 972w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1.1-300x116.png 300w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1.1-768x297.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 972px) 100vw, 972px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This option only worked when a subscriber opted in to the list directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Now:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also works when subscribers are moved to the list via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Switch List On Email Open<\/li><li>Switch List On First Link Click<\/li><li>Switch List After Completing an Email Series<\/li><li>Manual Transfer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why The Change?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This update makes it easier to consolidate your active subscribers into a single list by automatically removing them from others when they switch over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>2) Welcome Email on &#8220;Switch List On First Link Click&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"704\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1956\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2.png 704w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2-300x182.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 704px) 100vw, 704px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You couldn&#8217;t send a welcome email when someone clicked a link and was switched to another list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Now:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can trigger a welcome email by setting the <strong>Email Series Start Day<\/strong> to <strong>0<\/strong> in the target list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why The Change?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This provides immediate confirmation to your subscriber that they&#8217;ve been moved, improving transparency and user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This only applies to \u201c<strong>Switch List On First Link Click.<\/strong>\u201d You still cannot send a welcome email when switching via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Switch List On Email Open<\/li><li>Switch List After Completing an Email Series<\/li><li>Manual Transfer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is because these methods are considered passive or non-consensual in the eyes of the subscriber. Sending a welcome message in such cases might lead to confusion and distrust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>3) New Option: Disable Email Header on Individual Emails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a new feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When creating an Email Episode or Broadcast, you&#8217;ll now see a new option:<br>\u201c<strong>Show Email Header In This Email?<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"683\" height=\"358\" src=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1958\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/4.png 683w, https:\/\/leadsleap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/4-300x157.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Just like the \u201c<strong>Show Email Signature In This Email?<\/strong>\u201d option, you can now choose whether to include the default email header.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why this is useful:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s say you&#8217;re broadcasting to multiple lists, and each list has its own unique header design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this email broadcast, you may not want any email header to be shown, or you may prefer to use a standardized email header.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, you can disable the Email Header and include a unique header design within the email itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That way, all emails will have the same header, regardless of which list they are sent to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>As Always\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your continued feedback. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may not have it all perfect, but we\u2019re always listening and improving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Happy emailing!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to the valuable feedback from our members, we&#8217;ve made several important updates to SendSteed&#8217;s advanced features over the past two weeks.
