A tutorial section will open on the left side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The tutorial section includes detailed step-by-step instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When I said ‘detailed step-by-step<\/strong>‘, I really mean it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n For example, you can go to the Page Manager<\/strong> (see animated screenshot below), click on tutorial<\/strong>, then click on ‘How to build a page<\/strong>‘. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Every small step you need to create a page is given in the instruction, with a screenshot. It’s almost impossible to be lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We call it ‘side-by-side’ tutorial<\/strong> because, as much as possible, the instructions will always be on the left while your Member Area is on the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Compared to video instruction, knowledge base or other forms of tutorial systems, we feel that this ‘Side-By-Side’ Tutorial<\/strong> is the best way to guide our members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We have tried different help systems in the past. None work to our satisfaction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I hope this ‘side-by-side’ tutorial system is the last help system we need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The tutorial system is searchable. See the demo below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All you have to do is key in one or two keywords. The system will shortlist all the questions containing the keywords, in any order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not only that, when you read the answer, the system will also highlight<\/span> the keywords (see the demo above).<\/p>\n\n\n\n More than 90% of questions asked are answered in our tutorial, with detailed step by step instructions.
